Lisa earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University and went on to have a career in Human Resources where she developed a talent for recruiting. She has two children, one of which has Autism. Because of her talent for recruiting, Lisa was always able to find high quality therapists for her son which contributed to his success. Being a parent of a child with Autism and having worked for another therapy company has given Lisa the experience to start this company. Lisa surrounds herself only with therapists and professionals who are is this business for the right reasons.
SUSAN PALACIOS
Vice President
Before co-founding Behavioral Intervention for Autism in 2016, Susan worked as an Administrator for a company that provided Behavioral Therapy for children with developmental disabilities. Prior to that role, Susan was a Licensed Insurance Claims Adjuster for over 30 years. After a successful career in claims, Susan is now passionate about helping families of children with Autism gaining access to the therapies they need. Susan also has a family member on the spectrum.
TRACY WILLIAMS BCBA
President
Originally from South Africa, Tracy started working with children with Autism in while completing an internship through Rider University. Subsequent to her graduation, she secured a position working at the Princeton Child Development Institute in New Jersey where she received training in school, group home and community settings with children and adults of varying ages with Autism. In 1996 Tracy relocated to Florida where she provided therapy in multiple settings for children and families with Autism and other developmental delays. She continued her education at Nova University, earning a Masters of Science with a specialty in Applied Behavior Analysis. Tracy obtained her BCBA certification and continues to provide services to children and adults on the spectrum.
